Using our proven qualification scripts, you’ll identify whether each prospect is a buyer, seller, or investor, and determine how ready they are to move forward.Once qualified, you’ll book appointments directly into the brokers’ calendars and document every detail in the CRM, keeping communication seamless across the team. Beyond new leads, you’ll maintain consistent follow-ups with warm and past clients to keep relationships active and pipelines full. Every day, you’ll collaborate closely with Virtual Assistants and Managers, aligning efforts to maximize conversions and create a smooth, professional client experience from first contact to closing.
